GoPrep pricing in 2026: what it really costs
How much does GoPrep cost? The plan price is only part of the answer. Here's every plan, fee and add on from GoPrep's own pricing page, worked out for three real kitchen sizes.
The short answer: GoPrep costs $95 or $249 a month, plus add ons.
Starter is $95 a month for up to 100 orders. Pro is $249 a month for unlimited orders. Add texting at $15 a month plus 8¢ a text, and a kitchen doing 150 orders and 1,500 texts pays $384 a month. That same kitchen pays $39 on Prepwork, the lowest cost and our top rated platform.

GoPrep has three plans. The big difference between Starter and Pro is the order limit.

GoPrep's features include subscriptions, a nutrition facts generator, label printing, production reports, inventory, shopping lists and a custom domain. The per order fee is passed to your customers at checkout, so it shows up on their total, not on your bill.

The 100 order line
Starter covers up to 100 orders a month. At order 101, you need Pro, and your plan goes from $95 to $249. That's $154 more a month, or $1,848 a year, for crossing one order. If you're at 80 orders and growing, budget for Pro now.
What GoPrep costs at three kitchen sizes
Here's the full monthly bill, billed monthly, for three common kitchen sizes. Each one texts customers to remind them to order and to run delivery day, so texting is included.

Want GoPrep to host your website too? Add $19 a month and $299 up front. Add SEO and it's another $29 a month. For the growing kitchen, that turns $384 a month into $432, plus the $299 setup.
Yearly vs monthly billing
Paying yearly saves real money on the plan itself:
- Starter: $899 a year instead of $1,140 paid monthly. You save $241, about 21%.
- Pro: $2,299 a year instead of $2,988 paid monthly. You save $689, about 23%.
Texting is still $15 a month plus 8¢ a text either way. So with yearly billing, the small kitchen pays about $1,559 a year, the growing kitchen about $3,919 and the busy kitchen about $5,359. On Prepwork, those same kitchens pay $228, $468 and $828 a year, with no contract.
One thing to think about: yearly means paying for 12 months up front. It only makes sense if you're sure GoPrep is where you'll stay.
Costs that are easy to miss
- Texting isn't in the plan. It's $15 a month before you send a single text, then 8¢ each.
- Your website. $299 to set up and $19 a month if GoPrep hosts it.
- The fee your customers pay. 1.5% on Starter or 1.35% on Pro, on top of card processing. On $7,500 of monthly sales on Pro, that's about $101 a month spread across your customers.
- Delivery day tools. Route planning, a driver app and arrival texts are not listed on GoPrep's site. Kitchens that deliver their own orders may need a separate tool for that.
- Hands on help. Starter and Pro get 30 days of onboarding, then help center, email and tickets. Account management is Enterprise only.
Where GoPrep's pricing is fair
GoPrep's per order fee is lower than Prepwork's. Customers pay 1.35% to 1.5% on GoPrep and 1.9% on Prepwork. On $7,500 of monthly sales, Prepwork customers pay about $41 more in total, while the kitchen saves about $345 a month. GoPrep also lists no startup fees, and its plans include a nutrition facts generator, label printing and inventory, which some kitchens lean on.
